Zarin sidelined in ULMS opener at PPMS
Logan Zarin began his pursuit for the Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series (ULMS) championship on Saturday with the Pot of Gold 75 at Pittsburgh’s Pa. Motor Speedway (Pittsburgh, Pa.).
In a field of 29 Late Models, Zarin followed up the 10th-fastest qualifying lap in his group with a fourth-place finish in his heat. With a $4,000 payday up for grabs in the main event, Logan got collected in a multicar pileup in the opening laps that ended his night immediately. He was one of seven cars eliminated from the 25-lapper.
