Zarin collects top 10 finish at Lernerville, earns Hard Charger at Port Royal

Friday night found Logan Zarin in action at Lernerville Speedway (Sarver, Pa.) aboard his Valvoline No. 1Z Late Model.

Competing against a field of 24 Late Models, Zarin fended off a challenging Michael Norris in his heat race to secure the eight-lap victory. Rallying back into the top-10 in the A-Main after going to the tail on lap 17, Logan wheeled to a ninth-place finish.

On Saturday afternoon at Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pa.), Logan missed a transfer spot in his heat but raced into the feature with a consolation victory. With a $4,000 payday up for grabs, Zarin charged forward nine spots to claim a 12th-place finish and the Lauver's Concessions Hard Charger honors.
