Pair of top-10's in Steel City Stampede at Lernerville
Logan Zarin reunited with the Jay's Automotive United Late Model Series (ULMS) over the weekend as the Lernerville Speedway (Sarver, Pa.) hosted the 16th annual Steel City Stampede.
Drawing 21 cars for the event also serving as the rescheduled Ken Schaltenbrand Sr. Memorial, Zarin raced into the ULMS feature on Saturday with a fourth-place finish in his heat.
Chasing a $4,000 payday, Logan climbed two spots in the 30-lap affair to register a ninth-place finish.
He also competed in the RUSH Late Model portion of the program where he raced to a seventh-place finish in the $3,500-to-win A-Main on Saturday night.
Logan is currently second in the latest ULMS point standings heading into the final weekend at Pennsboro (WV) Speedway, October 24th-26th.
