Logan Zarin competes with World of Outlaws at Marion Center and Bedford
With Friday's opener falling to Mother Nature, Logan Zarin returned to Marion Center Raceway on Saturday, entering his NAPA Racing No. 1z Late Model with the World of Outlaws (WoO) Real American Beer Late Model Series for the second round of the rain-shortened Connor Bobik Memorial.
Zarin finished ninth in his heat race, and his attempt to qualify for the $30,000-to-win A-Main came up short with a matching ninth-place finish in the B-Main.
Shifting to Bedford Speedway on Sunday for the Billy Winn Classic, Zarin secured the final transfer spot in his B-Main to make the $20,000-to-win feature. His night, however, ended early with a lap-17 retirement.
