Zarin drives to 17th in Illini 100 at Farmer City
Farmer City Raceway's Illini 100 was an event not to miss for World of Outlaws Late Models fans, and Hookstown, Pennsylvania's Logan Zarin - a Rookie of the Year contender with the national series - was in on the action, translating back-to-back nights of competition into back-to-back A-Main starts.
In fact, Zarin, one of 40 entries who made the call April 10-11, perfected forward progress in each of his Farmer City appearances, racing ahead five spots on Friday to finish 18th followed by a nine-position jump to 17th on Saturday. With all results considered, Zarin is currently 13th in the World of Outlaws Late Models championship standings, still chasing his first victory as a full-time wheelman.
The World of Outlaws Late Models schedule will not resume until April 24-25 when the Series invades the Talladega Short Track. To learn more, visit WoOLM online at www.woolms.com.
